1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing from DELUZN (deluzn.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Returns Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Product Information & Sizing Responsibility
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, pricing, GSM specifications, and high-resolution images. However:
- Garment colours may vary slightly based on screen resolution and lighting.
- Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using our Size Guide prior to ordering.
- No returns or exchanges are provided for incorrect size selection.
3. Orders, Payments & COD Verification
All orders placed on DELUZN are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders undergo phone/SMS verification before shipping. We reserve the right to cancel unverified COD orders.
- In the event of a pricing error or out-of-stock item, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Shipping & Returns Summary
Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days across India.
Returns or replacements are strictly limited to damaged/defective items raised within 3 days of delivery with intact paper tags and a mandatory unboxing video. For full details, see our Returns Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, logos, product designs, slogans ("Stay Delusional. Dress Real."), and imagery on this website are the exclusive property of DELUZN. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
